Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various duties including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position requiring 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Take store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capacity to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
