Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
