Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle store equipment safely.
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with attention to detail.
