Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and report feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and operating store equipment.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience.
