Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide top-notch customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to offer prompt and friendly customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and communicate effectively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
