Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Starting Wage

$16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document and data security
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
