Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandise stocking, cashiering, and general cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational concerns to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
