Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of following company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience is a plus
