Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills throughout daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
- Skilled in operating a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience desired.
