Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhering to cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- Capacity to lift and carry items up to 45 pounds and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
