Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
