Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the appearance of the store.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store counts.
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
- Comply with company procedures and uphold data security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Proficiency in general cleaning duties and policy adherence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
