Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. In this position, you will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Report feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
