Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide top-notch customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to handle equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
