Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain displays, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
