Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma preferred.
