Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provide exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays neatly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory, and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, policies, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
