Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you'll provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist with store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
