Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly. As a Store Associate, you will handle merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with the management team and provide feedback on product issues and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently or in a team, and multitask efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
