Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. This position offers 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
