Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
