Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This position offers competitive wages and benefits , including a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and provide feedback on products
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and company equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages according to state and local requirements
