Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborate with our dynamic team to enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and procedural issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks
• Operate equipment efficiently and ensure store maintenance

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt customer service and operate a cash register accurately
• Handle equipment safely and follow company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Meet state requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
