Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company standards and guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.

• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of using equipment such as a hand jack, floor scrubber, and baler.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
