Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating a cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with the team and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
