Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance during the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure product neatness.
• Follow company policies, cash procedures, and uphold security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues or feedback to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and use store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
