Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
