Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning tasks.
• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies, minimize losses, and maintain store security.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
