Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and monitor inventory levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring safety and security measures are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
