Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your main goal will be to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience by collaborating with the Aldi team and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer purchases.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
- Perform duties such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning.
- Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk about the store.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate equipment like cash registers and floor scrubbers.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
