Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with other team members to deliver a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandising displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
