Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core ALDI competencies and skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of lifting and stocking items up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
