Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and comply with company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
• Prior retail experience preferred
