Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and relay feedback to management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by participating in store counts and following cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and fulfill assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and adherence to policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
