Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by handling merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will elevate the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Compliance with company policies, cleanliness standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
