Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and supporting your team members. This position offers the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
