Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly, from stocking products to providing exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable
