We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of service and appearance. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and maintain accuracy in stock levels
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company standards

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
