Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week! As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, stock merchandise, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory to enhance operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to maintain cleanliness according to standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
