Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues that arise
• Participate in store inventory procedures and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently
• Compliance with state regulations for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
