Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise
• Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counting and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and perform assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various equipment
• Experience in retail environment and general cleaning
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
