Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and the store management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
