Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's overall appearance and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment to delight our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $15.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and ensure document security.
• Complete assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties and follow company policies.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
