Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
- Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Skills in using store equipment and following company policies.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
