Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Working collaboratively with the team, you will uphold ALDI's values, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the efficient operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
