Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies for security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service and cash register operation experience preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Fulfill state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
