Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. Mindsets and competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
