Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Your exceptional customer service skills and collaboration with the ALDI team will ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (MAP) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
