Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, prioritize security, and uphold confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties as required.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
