Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's inventory is stocked and displayed neatly, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Wage: Starting at $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Offer feedback on products and contribute to inventory management
• Adhere to cash procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
